I’m still waiting for my order and it’s been way slower than expected. I reached out to support, but the replies felt like copy-paste answers and didn’t really help or give me a clear update. Frustrating experience so far

I ordered the beige shade, but when it showed up it looked way more orange than beige. The photos on the site made it look totally different, so that was frustrating. Kind of annoying, honestly...

I found some of the items I needed, but a few were out of stock, so I couldn’t finish my shopping like I planned

I’m cautious about what I use, so I looked over the ingredients first and nothing jumped out at me as concerning, which made me feel a lot better about giving it a try, and it seems safe to me so far

I ordered from maximacosmetics.com the delivery was reliable, really reliable. I got the tracking email quickly, and the parcel showed up exactly when it said it would.
I’m giving 4 stars only because the box was a little crushed on one side, just a little, but thankfully everything inside was totally fine. Overall I’m happy, happy enough to order again.

The quality was decent and the prices felt fair for what you get. Nothing super fancy, but it does the job and I’d probly buy again.

I don’t know, I just didn’t feel totally comfortable using this site. A few things felt a bit off, and it made me hesitate about trusting it enough to order again. It could be fine and maybe I’m just being cautious, but for me it didn’t come across as very authentic.

I bought the lash serum from Maxima Cosmetics and, i was kind of ready to complain that nothing was happening because at first it felt like nothing was happening. I kept checking, kept thinking it was taking forever, and kept getting annoyed that it wasn’t some instant miracle. But after about 4 weeks, I did actually notice my lashes looked longer, so I can’t really complain too much.

Ordering was easy, no issues there, though I still wish these kinds of products worked faster because waiting is annoying, really annoying. At least it didn’t make my eyes itchy, which is usually something I end up complaining about with lash stuff. Overall, it did what it said, even if I moaned about the wait the whole time, and I’d probably buy it again.

The box was super sturdy, and everything arrived just fine. Nice, nice packaging overall

I liked the scent at first. Fresh and pleasant. But after a while, it started to feel a bit too strong for me. The texture is smooth, which I really liked, but it did feel kind of heavy on my skin after a few hours. Not bad overall, just not perfect.

I’m annoyed that this even feels worth mentioning, but my order showed up with the correct items and the right shades. Nothing was missing, nothing was swapped, and nobody managed to screw it up for once. It should be the bare minimum, but apparently that’s rare these days. I got what I paid for, so yeah, I’d order again.

The site was annoying. I had to poke around way too much just to find what I was looking for, and checking out on my phone felt clunky, like the pages weren’t really made to work smoothly. Stuff loaded slow too, which made the whole thing more frustrating. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but yeah, it definitely needs some fixing

But after using it twice, my cheeks got itchy and started looking red, so I stopped using it. Shipping was fine and nothing arrived broken, so no complaints there. It just wasn’t a good fit for my sensitive skin. Maybe it works for other people, but it definitely didn’t work for me.

I had a question about my order and they got back to me really quickly. I don’t know, it just felt way easier than I expected, and they handled it without making it into some whole annoying thing. Really appreciated it.
